Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Where an order does not state colour required then the default colour shipped will be black.
Shipping And Handling
Our shipping charges are as follows:
Orders under £20: £4.50 on a 3 - 4 day Carrier £9.50 on a Next Day Carrier providing order is placed before 2pm.
Orders £20 to £40: £6.70 on a 3 - 4 day Carrier £9.50 on a Next Day Carrier providing order is placed before 2pm
Orders over £40: Free on a 3 - 4 day Carrier £5.00 on a Next Day Carrier providing order is placed before 2pm
The above value limits are Goods Value only and do not include VAT. Our delivery rates apply to the UK Mainland only and deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be made at a cost of £28.00 + VAT. If you are an overseas buyer please e.mail us for International delivery charge.
Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to despatch your order right away. We will normally deliver your order to you in 3 - 4 business days (Monday to Friday) unless you have paid for Next Day delivery . International orders are generally received in under 7 - 10 days. (Please read Terms under 'Shipping & Handling').
In the event that our carrier is unable to make a delivery because there is no-one available to sign for the goods, the carrier will leave a card requesting you to contact them to re-arrage delivery. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY TO RE-ARRANGE DELIVERY DIRECT WITH THE CARRIER. Should our carrier be unable to effect delivery within 7 days, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned goods a refund will be made to your credit card less the carriage charge already incurred by ourselves (whether initially paid by the customer or not).
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT will be added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If goods arrive in a damaged condition or there are any shortages you must notify Cabletidy-Direct within 3 days of delivery.
Should the goods you buy not be suitable, they must be returned to us unaltered and undamaged within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging. Please contact us by e.mail advising the reason for return along with the invoice number, your name and address, and a daytime telephone number. We shall then advise a return delivery address. They must be returned by registered post or other method which requires a signature of receipt at the sellers warehouse.
Refunds, less the initial delivery cost (whether paid by customer or Cabletidy-direct) will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods in good condition.
